Passkeys

On the web you can add a passkey and sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of typing a password. It is faster, and it can't be phished, because there is no password to give away.
It is an extra, not a replacement. Your password and email still work, so losing the device doesn't lock you out. Add one under Account.

Verifying your email

We send a link when you sign up. Until you click it, we can't be sure the address is yours. That matters here, because quote requests, bookings and invoices all arrive by email as well as in the app.
No link? Check your spam folder, then ask for another from the sign-in screen. If it still doesn't arrive, tell us in the chat.

What we keep

Your chats stay while your account is open, so you can scroll back to what a job actually said.
The text we send to our AI models is kept for a short while for debugging and quality, then wiped automatically.
We don't sell your data, and we don't pass your contact details to businesses you haven't chosen to contact.
The detail, including exactly how long we keep things, is in the Privacy Policy.
Still stuck?
Ask us in the chat. A real person reads it, usually the same day.
