What it costs to use NovaPay

Free to join and free to ask. Customers pay a small charge at checkout. Businesses pay a percentage only when they get paid.

Nothing to join, nothing to search, nothing to ask for quotes, on either side. Money only changes hands when a job does.

If you're hiring

The price you are quoted is the business's price. At checkout there is a charge for moving the money: 2.9% + 30c by card, or a flat 15c by bank transfer. That is all of it. No membership, no booking fee, nothing per quote.

If you're the business

No monthly fee, no listing fee, and nothing per lead. You are never billed for an enquiry you didn't win. When you get paid, the platform fee is 1% of your price, with no minimum, so small jobs are still worth taking.

Waiting for customer payment
The same invoice from the business's side: their price, the fee, and what lands in their account.
If the customer pays by card, the fee comes out as the payment goes through, and the rest reaches your account in the same movement. If they pay by bank transfer, you bank the full amount and the fee turns up on a monthly statement instead, because a bank transfer can only have one payee.
Nobody holds your money
NovaPay is not an escrow service. A card payment goes to your connected Stripe account, and a bank transfer goes straight into your bank account.
