Our agents ask the questions, contact businesses and line the quotes up. Accepting a quote, picking the time and releasing the payment are yours, each as a separate step. Nothing is spent without your say-so.
02 · WE NEVER HOLD YOUR MONEY
Payments go straight to the business.
NovaPay is not an escrow service and never sits on anyone's funds. Pay by card and the business's share reaches their account as part of taking the payment; pay by bank transfer and it goes from your bank to theirs. Our fee comes out automatically.
03 · FREE UNTIL THERE IS WORK
No membership, no lead fees.
Customers pay nothing to ask. Businesses are never charged for an enquiry they didn't win, and there is no monthly fee on either side. We earn a platform fee only when a job is actually paid for.
04 · LOCAL BY DESIGN
New Zealand businesses, and a New Zealand company.
Every business on NovaPay is a New Zealand one, matched to your suburb. NovaPay is New Zealand owned and run, and payments settle through Stripe and Akahu, the local bank-transfer rail.
