What is included in an end of tenancy clean?
Generally oven, range hood, inside cupboards, windows, skirtings and bathrooms to a standard that will pass an inspection. Carpet cleaning is often quoted separately, so check whether your tenancy agreement requires it.
Do cleaners bring their own products?
Most do, and it is worth confirming in the quote. If anyone in the house needs fragrance-free or low-allergen products, say so in the request and it goes to them with everything else.
Can I book the same cleaner every week?
Yes, and most people do. Ask for a recurring booking in your request and the quotes you get back will be priced for regular work, which is usually cheaper per visit than one-offs.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually, once you have agreed access arrangements. That is worth settling in writing before the first clean rather than on the day.
